Need Help (ALXEthernet)

I just installed OSX and Multibeast and I installed all the drivers I needed. But when I boot it goes through everything it always gets stuck at: "[ALXEthernet] NIC line is up 1000mb/s" And it stops. I need some serious help. My Specs are below.


Motherboard: GA-Z97X-SOC
GraphicsCard: Geforce GTX 770
Processer: I7-4970k @ 4.3ghz
Memory: 16gb Patriot Memory
Storage: 250 Samsung Evo SSD

I am able to login when adding the boot flags "-f -v -x npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=No UseKernelCache=No" I don't know which ones are necessary. Thx!

Also I get some weird flickering in some applications.
