basically you need to perform these commands in terminal:

sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 0
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0
sudo rm /var/vm/sleepimage
sudo mkdir /var/vm/sleepimage

remove these from clover/ACPI/Patched:
SSDT-PluginType1.dsl
SSDT-PluginType1.aml

only essential kexts should be in clover/kexts/other
FakeSMC.kext
Lilu.kext
VoodooPS2Controller.kext
WhateverGreen.kext

make sure they are the updated ones you just downloaded

I need to transfer all kexts from /System/Library/Extensions to /Library/Extensions? Sh
How can I transfer/install them? With Kext Wizard there it gives option only to /System/Library/Extensions. Also should I remove all that are in /System/Library/Extensions?

Okay I will do that. Delete all from /System/Library/Extensions and install all that are in /System/Library/Extensions to /Library/Extensions? or ones that I need?

I installed the kexts to /Library/Extensions from the image I uploaded. I did not delete them from /System/Library/Extensions.
Now when I try to boot it up it goes in loop on the boot screen... Am I doing something wrong or should I delete them from the /System/Library/Extensions?(only the ones i installed or all from the folder)?

I boot it up via USB so i can attach the logs

as mentioned, removed the kexts you installed to /System/Library/Extensions they only belong in /Library/Extensions

I deleted the kexts I had installed in /System/Library/Extensions. I installed the same kexts(same version) in /Library/Extensions, rebuilt cache and repair system via Kext Utility(automatic operation) then rebooted the system it was working fine. I checked for update(via the Kext Updater). The kext updater found that this 5 kexts have newer versions:

I deleted the old ones from /Library/Extensions, installed the new ones, rebuilt cache and repair system via Kext Utility(automatic operation). Now when I try to boot it via UEFI OS again it goes in loop on the boot animation. One of these 5 kexts is doing that..
Logs attached.
Also I deleted WhateverGreen.kext from /System/Library/Extensions(it still loops)

Your kextcache, very obviously, still shows duplicate kexts installed to /L/E and /S/L/E.
