This is my first Hackintosh. I did everything in the installation guide. But when I'm on the boot screen Unibeast and I choose my USB memory to install Mac OSX gray screen with the apple logo appears but soon disappears and then restarts.
What I can do or what I did wrong? :banghead:

Do you know what your BIOS version is? The current one is "1.A".

The reason that I ask is that the early versions had the "locked MSR" problem and required patching for clean booting using Chimera.

I think that MSI fixed that issue but I do not know that for a fact.

There are three ways around the issue that I know about: patching the BIOS (really not recommended), using one of the current versions of Chameleon where there is a module that you can select to patch the system on the fly, and there is Clover which can also patch the kernel on the fly.

I would update the BIOS if it is not already at 1.A. Then the next best solution in my book would be to try Chameleon.

Good modding,
neil

I know this information because I used this motherboard in this build: http://www.tonymacx86.com/others/13...ild-4-microatx-into-small-box.html#post844308
