Motherboard rebooting during install mavericks

Hi there,

I'm running a intel i5 4670K on an Asrock Fatal1ty H87 Performance. My videocard is a Club 3D Radeon 7950 (but I removed it for the install) OSX will be installed on a dedicated harddrive.
I made the installer USB drive with mavericks and booted from it on my desktop, selected the USB and waited for something to happen, when suddenly my motherboard logo apeard on the screen and the computer rebooted into windows. So i ran the USB again, this time in -v, but the same thing happend, after a while the screen just went black and the hole thing rebooted itself.
I also ran the install in safe mode, but this had the same result.

Does anybody know what's going on, or what I am doing wrong?

Do you have Windows on a separate partition or separate HDD/SSD?

Pay close attention to this dual boot guide and see if you can spot any potential differences (the guide works for Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 -there is no difference)
