Yes I’d like to thank pit512 for suggesting this and everyone else for supporting it. At first I had concerns about the length of the Gigabyte RX 560 board, 160mm. And the length of space from the front inside edge to the back IO outside face... 160mm. But I’m confident I can make it flush with outside, I’ll also be able to center it

Update from Graphics Card IO, the new neck with IO finished printing earlier but, as suspected the Gigabyte RX 560 board is to long and wasn't going to sit flush with the rear. What I am certain of is a MSI AERO RX560 is 1/2" shorter and one is expected to arrive tomorrow. In the pictures I attached my non working AERO RX560 board to demonstrate clearance around the 3D print.

The AERO card is happily installed in the old 3D printed neck, while I check for modifications for the new 3D printed part. Surprising BM for Metal between the Gigabyte and MSI cards shown below.

Finished printing the IO for the MSI AERO gfx card, everything fits snugly and level.

What are your plans for the rear i/o ?

I'm still thinking about that part, because I may move the motherboard back a little, because at the moment all the ports are quite far back. I might have one open 'L' shape to cover all the ports , I also want to add a space for the power switch.

You don't want to keep the original I/O you made? Maybe print it a bit thinner from the outside? that way you won't have to move the board...
That’s a good idea!, I already have the IO file so I can attach it to the base.
