Open a thread in the Sierra Desktop Support forum section as I instruct in Post #2.

Today Apple released 10.12.2, the second major update to macOS Sierra. Update any supported system using the built-in Software Update functionality through the Mac App Store, or by using the standalone installer available from Apple.com.

Be sure to back up any important data, and if possible clone your hard drive before applying the update. If you have any issues post-update, boot using UniBeast created USB, press spacebar, and boot using Safe Mode.

What we know about 10.12.2 so far...
  • OS X Build 16C67
  • Kernel updated to Darwin 16.2.0
  • Updated Intel, NVIDIA, and AMD graphics drivers
  • This update will replace your audio drivers. If you enabled Realtek onboard audio using MultiBeast or the cloverALC script, no changes will be necessary.
  • Install macOS Sierra App has been updated - If you downloaded macOS Sierra from the App Store prior to today, and you want to have the latest version on your backup installer USB, simply log into the Mac App Store and click Download. The updated 10.12.2 Install macOS Sierra App can be found in the Applications folder. You may then re-create your UniBeast installation USB.
Testing is now underway- this post will be updated. Good luck, and let us know how it goes! Report your results here.

Didnt realize I was using hackintosh and just updated without thinking. Didn't clone or anything. Was worried it broke the graphics driver but there was a prompt to update in preferences and after that, thankfully everything worked well.

Updated through App Store. Didn't even break audio :headbang:

Updated with no problem. Everything functioning including audio.

upgrade from appstore
after reboot standard resolution, upgrade nvidia driver, dont reboot, apply AGDPfix.v1.3, reboot, done.
Sound OK!

You should replace the version numbers with the number of the installed version of WebDrivers.
I am not using WebDriver 'cause GTX 660 working natively with OSX NVIDIA driver.

Update went great, installed Nvidia webdrivers, reboot and everything is working (Audio, sleep, wifi/bt).

As an added bonus, they fixed the mouse scrolling problem of 10.12.1 :-D

Ok, hope this helps someone.

Had a devil of a time with 10.12.2.

• Update via MAS went smoothly
• First reboot kernel panic -> reboot
• Had to boot clover with nv_disable=1
• Installed latest nvidia web drivers
• Next reboot, again panic reboot
• Next boot, booted to black screen
• Was able to ssh into system and poke about, so clearly a Nvidia issue
• Edited /S/L/E/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/Plugins/AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext/Contents/Info.plist
• Seems update "reverted" changes to MacPro key Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6 back to "Config1"
• Changed to "none"
• touch /System/Library/Extensions
• rebooted
• All good now or same as before upgrade for a X99 system - nackered USB3, ALC1150
