If you looks, its appleintelcpupm.... its not patched which is required.
Yup, and the Realtek-kext causes the panic within the AppleIntelPowerManagement. So the ethernet kext needs a patch.

All worked fine for me.

10.7.3 combo.

Removed new AppleHDA.kext, put back Legacy one.
Had to change permissions on the new CSRAppleBluetooth.kext (chmod -R go-w CSRAppleBluetooth.kext) and re-pair the trackpad.

All working as expected so far.

Re: Mac OS X 10.7.3 Update - The Official Thread

I'm getting a kernel panic on boot. In the background it says a lot about IOUSBDevice and com.apple.driver.AppleUSBComposite(4.5.8). I've tried unplugging all USB devices, including the internal card reader, aside from a generic HID compliant USB keyboard. Safe boot doesn't work.

Can't get NVDAGF100Hal.kext to load even despite adding the device ID in the info.plist.

So resolution is stuck at 1600x1200.

Nevermind.
Update kernel cache and resolutions are fine now.
I guess to enable opencl, I need to wait for a 10.7.3 patch?

Does anyone know where partial downloads are stored by Software Update?

/Library/Update doesn't hold it...
