Lost USB3 after updating to Sierra 10.12.4

I just updated from 10.10.5 to 10.12.4 using clover guide. Initially audio and USB3 not working, Ran multibeast, injected kexts for ALC889, USB3, Fakesmc+sensors, NullCPU etc. Now audio works, it even installed oob a BT dongle, but still no USB 3. Checked Library/Extensions, it has GenericUSBXHCI.kext

Any ideas will be most welcome

Thank you so much. It helped even though it can't be done. Won't bang my head fretting about it, and just use Linux to do the heavy moving.
