Kernel Panic on Startup - Yosemite Install

Hi,
I installed my Yosemite for two months. He's constantly bugging/freezing (every 10 minutes). When I start it over appaers this one panic (1st attached image) or these other one (2nd attached imaged).

Intel Core i5 4690k
GeForce GTX 960 4GB
GIGABYTE Z97M D3H
RAM 2 slots 8 GB DDR3

Can you help me on how to fix it?
