Is it possible to have Mavericks on one HDD and keep Windows 7 on another?

Hi,

I was wondering is it possible to have Mac OSX Mavericks on one internal HDD and keep Windows 7 on another internal HDD, if I have more than one internal Harddrive?
If so how would I boot into Windows 7 or Mac OSX Mavericks after installation?

Win7 works same as Win8 / Mavericks works same as ML

This is exactly how I use it. The bootloader recognizes the win install and I can boot the windows 8 directly, whithout doing any magic.
