Thanks, I test this in one hour...

Else you could also try to use my recent EFI-Folders, which implement a never Clover version. You should use the most recent EFI-Folders anyway, as they also consider adequate USB port limit patches, which you just have to enable. Those for 10.14.3 are also valid for 10.14.2. and 10.14.1. Otherwise, most of your USB3.0 ports will be nonfunctional as you also do not use any XHC USB kext for the Deluxe II up to now.

BTW.. Your KP screenshot suggests some CPU thread or related CPU Sensor kext error.

Please do not confuse "MultiCore enhancement" with "Core Ratio = Sync All Cores".
Alright.
On my ASRock board "Multicore enhancement" allows all cores of the 7820X to turbo to 4.5GHz simultaneously.
4.5GHz would otherwise be the max frequency for single-threaded loads and basically never happens in real life usage.

Confusing topic with all these different names for these features from the board manufacturers.;)

I have 4 x 16GB - same error. In the A1 ... D1 Slot. The 1 x 16 GB was my last try.
Did you install Windows on this system and everything works fine?

@mcity: it was my first step: I've install win 10 1803 without problems on a EVO 970 1TB M2 in Slot M2_3. No errors. Then I remove the M2_Disk. Since then I've the problems with the OSX install.

Which Port are you using with the OS X install USB?. Did you try USB 2.0 Port?. If not give it a go.

In all Ports the same mistake...my standard is the USB 2.0. In my older builds ( GA z170, GA Z370 I had no problems).

@Maywitt, once more.. if you do not use my latest EFI-Folder distribution EFI-X299-10.14.3-Release-iMacPro1,1-250119.zip with valid USB port limit patches, use either USB 2.0 Ports (as proposed by @mcity) or USB3.1 ports for the initial MacOS Installation. Most of your USB3.0 ports will be non-functional without the appropriate USB port limit patches or any valid XHC USB kext for the Deluxe II.

Anyway, did you read updates in post #1,384? Did you try to remove the Sensor kexts?

@Maywitt , please see updates in post #1,384.

I have now 4 x 16 GB inside. Your EFI-Folders for 10.14.3 with usb limit patch. Same error in USB port 2.0 and USB port 3.1. What I don't understand: @izo1 or @applemacosxGOD have a functional system with this deluxe 2 board.

Without the sensor kext's: same mistake
