I have a 2019 hp omen 15 and I’m trying to run os Sierra

I don’t know what I’m doing it’s my first Hackintosh and since I have the newest hardware problems are here andarent going anywhere soon but I have a rtx 2070 with a i7 8750 6 core Bluetooth 5.0 with a 144hz 1080p screen and I’m having a ACPI and a Applenvme 3430 problem as I can’t get past these 2 who knows what other errors will occur

RTX 2070 is not supported in any version of MacOS due to lack of Nvidia web drivers.

MacOS Sierra has no support for Intel 8th generation CPUs (but may still work in some cases).

You really need to choose suitable hardware to run MacOS. You can't just choose any hardware and expect MacOS to be able to run on it.
