I'm honestly having a difficult time getting the patch on. It won't compile with an editor for me. But I get no errors either.

I'm not sure where I should put that file though. If I got it right it should be in a /Extra folder, the problem is I don't have one. I installed Chimera to my EFI partition using this guide http://tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?p=168885#p168885 which is a copy of http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/01/ ... eleon.html .
Can I simple create an empty /Extra folder in the EFI partition? The standalone Chimera installer doesn't seems to detect the EFI partition after mounting it either.

Wherever the org.chameleon.boot.plist is, you can say

<key>DSDT</key>
<string>hd(x,x)/location/of/dsdt.aml</string>

With the correct info filled in of course.

Okey I made the /Extra folder on the EFI partition and moved the DSDT file over there and specified it correctly in the boot.plist. But I still got the "You need to restart your computer" and with -v option from Chimera I get a 'Kernel trap' (?) The backtrace leads to com.apple.driver.AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement(166.0)

I also tried -v -x with same result

Any ideas?

Haven't touched it, neither have I seen it. So it sounds possible I'm missing it Where do I found it, and what should I do with it?
