As expected/as it should be.
So why in vm ioreg it's under UHCI?
EDIT: Maybe Parallels recognized that it was using a USB 1.1 and connected it to a virtual USB 1.1 hub.

Virtual machine has nothing to do with reality.

Yes, but I think that at least the driver and the device stay the same, both in virtual machine and in reality. So, since in vm they work fine together, I think I should try this couple even in reality. I only need to know how.
What's your opinion about this? Do you think I chose the right path?

No. VM is fantasy hardware made up/simulated.

Digitizer is "physically" bridged to vm. It's not emulated. It's connected as external device, just like mass storages.

Based on the text you wrote here, the USB controller is clearly emulated.
Comparing what works in a VM vs. what works on bare metal is silly.
Focus on fixing what might be wrong with your setup on bare metal.
