How to fix Icloud with WIFI only?

ICloud doesn't working for me under OS X Mavericks 10.9.2.

I tried all the solutions I found on the net- FileNVRAM, Unick Serial Number, "EthernetBuiltIn" string under org.chameleon.Boot.plist Ect.

The main problem is I do not have Ethernet, I'm using Wifi only.
