I have a timemachine backup of my current hackintosh that I'd like to move to a macpro laptop recently purchased for my wife (shes an interior designer for anyone what cares) and I've had trouble moving the data over. It seems that some of the "old" drivers are causing an issue where the internal mic no longer functions after the migration assistant is used to move the data over from the backup. The mic, for example, worked fine before restoring the data but after the restore the mic no longer is recognized in system preferences. I've considered tring to find all of the old kexts and removing them but I'm not sure I know where they are as it's been about 5 years since I've had to to a fresh install on a hackintosh. My hackintosh rig is as follows

i5 2500k
gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3
16gb ram
evga gtx 670

If any other details are needed
1) sorry I missed necessary details
2) I'm happy to supply them.

Here's my last uses multibeast file too if that helps to know what I've installed. THANKS!!
