High GPU idle temperatures on Catalina (RX 5700-XT)

Hello, I am having the same problem. My Sapphire nitro+ rx 5500 XT fans are not spinning at all after boot.
When I try this in terminal :

while sleep 1; do clear;ioreg -l |grep \"PerformanceStatistics\" | cut -d '{' -f 2 | tr '|' ',' | tr -d '}' | tr ',' '\n'|grep 'Temp\|Fan\|Clock'; done

It shows 0 at everything (temperature, fans, etc.)

OK I tryed Unigine heaven and... surprise : the fans are spinning ! so this graphic card is well build fans start spinning only when the card really needs it.

can someone please tell how to monitor the gpu temps? please ?
