Help!! HP XW6400 Problems - Network Audio and Triple monitor support needed

Hi i have managed to do a straight install of mountain lion with no hiccups and it also reboots and shuts down the way it should without usb,

Machine specks are
2x 2.33ghz E5345 Xeons
Zotac GTS 450 Eco
Geforce GT220
12GB Ram
SSD

The problem i am having is i cant get any audio whatsoever, i cant get 3 monitors to run only 2 will and i have nothing at all in the networking area anyone know how i can fix these issues could really use the help!

Are you using an ethernet connection for internet? If so, add

<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>Yes</string>

Can you tell us the name of the motherboard (Include model name too)?

Can you post a link to your video card? If it's like my HD6870 then you're probably going to need an ACTIVE adapter for your third monitor connection.
