Help! Can't resume install and stuck on black screen!

Hello! During the install of Mac OS the pc restarted, which I assume was normal but then booted into windows. So I restarted my pc and booted from the usb however whenever I do that now a windows 7 logo pops up (* I'm installing on a windows 10 system*) and then a flashing _ stays on a black screen. I have the correct bios settings and have tried everything! My pc specs are:
Msi Z170a pro
Intel i5 6600k
Rx480
8gb ram
I'm fairly sure this is all compatible and hope someone can help me!
