Hello again, I was able to fix this issue by changing the CPU to max 90% instead of 100%, my idle temps are now around 45-50 on mohave and same on windows, 70-80 under load. if anyone is having this same issue please let me know and I can walk you through the process. One issue I did notice is that WH monitor doesnt monitor my CPU anymore. I'm using intel power gadget to get the correct reading.
