You must have spelled SkipNvidiaGfx=Yes incorrectly.

IntelCapriFB=4 GraphicsEnabler=Yes SkipNvidiaGfx=Yes dart=0 nv_disable=1 -v

boot line can't fit all of the bootflags but "IntelCapriFB=4 GraphicsEnabler=Yes SkipNvidiaGfx=Yes dart=0 nv_disable=1 -v" boots up to the blue screen again

It is IntelCapriFB=4 not IntelCapri=4.

Try different values for IntelCapriFB... 3, 8, 9.
