Anybody with a clue of Asuspro B9440ua hackintosh compatibility?
What might be the downfalls for this configuration on hackintosh attempt?

Not a desktop. Moved to laptop support.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.

The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

For ASUSPro B9440UA / B9448UA this is the working solution so far. Still in process of polishing and getting additional services to work. Some useful utilities are also included.

Sound works 100%, screen brightness adjustment works 100% in Control Panel and halfway using Fn keys. Battery stats work via iStatMenu, sleep works (sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0). For wifi you will need a wifi dongle or a very tiny original apple module.

You will need to know how to install EFI onto the hard drive. Use the BootIce utility under Windows to change the default boot record.
Good luck!

Many thanks to @Zander343, thanks to all.
The reason of "prohibited sign" problem is that I made installer by "dmg2img -i BaseSystem.dmg -o /dev/sdb" under linux. The correct method is "dmg2img -i BaseSystem.dmg -p 4 -o /dev/sdb".
BUT! After that, I encounter another problem, display problem, details at https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/glitches-and-lags-with-uhd-620.269204/.
Zander343's EFI solved this problem. The effective file is "VoodooTSCSync.kext"!
