Guide To Install Yosemite on HP Laptops with Clover UEFI

Does anyone know any card I can use for the HP Probook 450 G2? I looked up the models in the guide but they all link to Azurewave products (also stated on their page that they are not compatible with HP notebooks). Anyone know where to find Broadcom BCM94352HMB/943225 HMB for HP products?
You should follow this guide instead of those false information (and save me some time for not asking those questions like this please, they're all on #1).

Hi, but I just want to make sure. I did a Google search for these 2 products (Broadcom 43225HMB/4352HMB) but it came out with these Azurewave products: http://www.amazon.com/AzureWave-Broadcom-BCM94352HMB-802-11-867Mbps/dp/B00IFYEYXC
and
http://www.amazon.com/AzureWave-Broadcom-BCM94352HMB-BCM94352-867Mbps/dp/B00JY6X9HM/ref=pd_cp_pc_1

Both explicitly state that they are not compatible with HP/Lenovo. I am aware that the HP Probook 450 G2 does not have a whitelist but I just want to make sure. I would also like other alternatives. The only one I found that seemed to work with HP products is the AR5B195 (but it's not recommended): http://www.amazon.com/HP-Wireless-Atheros-802-11B-518436-001/dp/B0096GQOAO/ref=pd_cp_pc_2

So I just want to know my alternatives here. To either get the Atheros card (which is not recommended) or get the Broadcom card (on the sale listing, it states that they are not compatible with HP).

No whitelist... no problem...

Hi there,

Sorry for my english,..

I have two questions... i dont understand, in the step 4 of 2b installation, where said:

- Go to System/Installation of USB and delete the alias “Packages”, then go to “OS X Install ESD” partition, copy the “Packages” to the folder System/Installation of your USB

I must copy all Packages to System/Installation, or copy the folder called Packages?

and the next step:

- Copy BaseSystem.dmg and BaseSystem.chunklist (hidden files) from OS X Install ESD to OS X Base System (on your USB)

Where? on System/Installation or on the root of unity?

Thanks

Copy the folder named 'Packages' to /System/Installation on the USB.

Where? on System/Installation or on the root of unity?

Copy BaseSystem.dmg and BaseSystem.chunklist to the root.

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!

Guys I can't install. I get as far as Step 6 in the OP (I used method 2b) then it fails. "OS X could not be installed.." What's wrong?

Mines a 4530s with 1080p screen. Previously on 10.9.x.

It sounds like you created the USB incorrectly. Try 2a -- there is less chance for pilot error.
