I don't see anything wrong with the command in #1. You just change from "MacUSB" to "Install"

Arguably, 'Install' is a better name choice for the partition than 'MacUSB'.

I think you misunderstood him. He said that when he boots to usb, there is no option to install OS X, only option to reinstall (very much like Recovery Partition). This happens if "Packages" folder is not copied.

I copied the "Packages"-files to the USB not the "Packages"-folder
sorry...

with the same config.plist I used before?

Boot verbose. Post quality photo of the entire screen. The last message is almost never the most important.

on windows 7 , I update win update mistakenly after then yosemite not work (i know you say win update issue)

- Go to System Preferences > Network, delete all connection, press Apply.
- Go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ and delete these files:

• NetworkInterfaces.plist

- Restart.
- Go to System Preferences > Network, add your connection again.
