No idea how that image corresponds to the ioreg you provided. Look at your ioreg at the same time.

if the percentage shown ioreg - I would look there ...

Do a fresh install to a second partition for comparison.

I think the guide in post #1 places too many kexts (that are not needed) into EFI/Clover/kexts.

Don't forget to re-create patched ACPI files with a fresh extract.

Manually instal clover to Usb only with 3 kext (Fake,Usb,Ps2)

After install Battery not working

then install on System this 3 kext + IntelVideoInjection(2 Kext) and ACPIBattery+Backlight, plist and ACPI patch with HP Installer

Result = No Battery

it appeared a couple of times while I was changing as different config.plists then disappear after reboot.

In terminal command "ioreg | grep Capacity" all ok

Battery requires correct ACPI patches. Make sure you re-extract fresh before repatching.

Use the config.plist generated from PBI-CE.
