Looks like a normal boot. Be patient. Booting the installer from USB is not quick.

It might be a bit faster if you had bluetooth kexts in Clover/kexts... (assuming you have a supported BT device installed).

Which Atheros 9285? The common ones come with Atheros AR3011 BT. It is helpful to include the firmware uploader for AR3011 if the device is present.

Did you try all USB ports with both USB2 and USB3 sticks?

Your config.plist is wrong for 1600x900. You're using the 1366x768 plist.

- Ok did all the process again. config.plist corresponds to "HD3000 1600x900+ blackscreen" file.

I'm not sure what happens when you use a FakeID with 16 hex digits. It is a 32-bit value and hence limited to 8 hex digits.

Also, your first image seems to indicate the serial port is enabled, which I'm pretty sure is mentioned in the guide as it should be disabled.

and another detail the first elitebook model didn´t had a MDC card. This Elitebook does.
Might this device affect boot?

can´t boot to yosemite installer



To recap:

elitebook 8460p, core i5 HD3000, 1600x900 resolution
updated to the latest bios version: v61
config.plist used: HD3000 1600x900+ blackscreen
able to boot Windows and Ubuntu
serial port disabled
According to the guide I can´t get to point 6.
