It doesn't work. Already tried with three different adapters. USB-C video output uses Displayport-alt mode which is connected to the unsupported Nvidia GPU.Has anyone been able to use an external monitor using some usb-c adapter or is it just impossible?
Yes, my EFI provides related patches.
Anyone using this with Open Core? I have an Y530 and I'm struggling. If someone can help me or share a EFI folder with me
thanks bro for try to fix intel wifi adapter , i want to ask about the intel SSD samsung "MZVLB256HAHQ" can't install Catalina macos and its auto restart when try to install on SSD , but when try to install on HDD its working . i have LAPTOP Lenovo Y530 , can i fixed that with some kext or drivers or not .. thanks friend again.I managed to get it working! Running perfectly so far using OpenCore, almost feel like a real Mac.
I'm also using this kext for WiFi functionality
Works great! It just doesnt have a interface for connection yet, so you have to edit the plist file with your ssid and password. But at least I dont have to replace the card yet.. I'll wait and see next week if Apple will try to kill hackintoshes altogetherGitHub - OpenIntelWireless/itlwm: Intel Wi-Fi Drivers for macOS

Also, my trackpad is the ELAN model, there's just no way to get tree fingers gestures working?
