Install my last attachment, then just plug HDMI cable on. BTW, you can't boot with two displays, you need to plug it after fully boot.

Use your smartphone record your screen.
I guess it is caused by cache.
Your cache may not be updated by unknown reason.
Try @RehabMan 's clover branch and select boot with injected kexts.

@soto2080 I don't think this is a cache-related problem because I just tried it with a fresh installation. I prepared a new USB drive following @RehabMan guide here, installed Clover and then replaced the CLOVER folder with yours and the same problem happened.
