First of all, I want to thank @RehabMan, without his help, I won't be able to find some stupid settings errors that break many features and fix it.
It's a tiny-ssdt(hot-patch) version of my old post.

3.Coming soon.

Post-installation
Everything was done via tiny ssdts and Clover.
So only four steps for you to do.:headbang::headbang::headbang:

1.Install Clover on your hard disk.

2.Override it with my hot-patch build(Clover.zip attached).

3.Install kexts from Kexts.zip.(Please follow this guide)

In briefly,
sudo cp -R ~/Downloads/Kexts/* /Library/Extensions
PS: Don't install the following kexts if you don't have 94352Z.
Screen Shot 2017-12-01 at 2.19.13 PM.png

4.Rebuild cache using the following commands and then reboot.

sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/kernelcache
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

HDMI Fix(Optional):
1.Download the DisplayFix attached and use it as a templete.

2.Follow the guide, get your VendorID and ProductID.

2.1 Change name of DisplayVendorID-9e5 to yourself.

2.2 Change DisplayProductID-65d to yourself(Don't forget the .tiff file)

3.Change the DisplayProductID-*** file to yourself(Just like the guide)

4.Download Darwin dumper, from dump list choose EDID and on top of app choose a path for saving files, then hit run.now you have 3 file in your dump folder:EDID.bin, EDID.hex, EDID.txt

5.Download FixEDID, choose "open EDID binary file" and open EDID.bin that created by Darwin dumper

6.Open DisplayVendorIDxxxx/DisplayProductID-*** in your desktop. Override the IODisplayEDID field to the template we use previous.

7.Open the icon.plist, in vendors section, change 9e5 to your one, and its children-65d also.
And change the display-resolution-preview-icon location to your one.

8.
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist DisplayResolutionEnabled -bool true

Thanks for the guide. I will update today.
Anybody encountered problems with the new APFS?

I have a laptop like you that can not automatically recognize free space when using your efi NTFS partition. Adding sata-100-series-unsupported.kext can not be recognized correctly. In addition to the MAC system disk can identify the use of capacity and the remaining space, the other NTFS partition can not be identified, SSD NTFS partition is not normal identification, how to solve this problem?

I think it's normal. I will find a real mac to check whether it is broken.

NTFS partition is a normal work, but the storage space to see the available space for 0KB, I use native NTFS read and write function is also able to read and write the normal, I do not know what this is caused, so ask you ... ...

OK. I did manage to update successfully. The OS itself is working fine after updating the clover folder with the new one just like 10.12. The booting process is broken though. So here is what happened:
1. I updated the system (NOT a fresh install).
2. Booted with the USB drive.
3. Installed Clover (Clover_v2.4k_r4233).
4. Overridden the CLOVER folder with the one @soto2080 attached.
5. Restarted. That's when everything went crazy.
6. The boot screen shows this log every time.
7. After "Not found", the SSD drive disappears completely. It doesn't show up in the boot menu when I press F12. In the bios, it show "Not Installed" status.
8. To get it back on, I must turn off the machine for a few seconds then turn it on again.
9. After that, I'm able to boot but the bootloader is a bit different. The theme isn't the one I've chosen. Also, my custom entries is gone. it's like the bootloader isn't reading the config.plist in the CLOVER folder and using some sort of a fallback.
10. This process happens every time I restart the machine.

Any ideas?

10.13 can recognize nvme by default?
But why I used your clover can not recognize my nvme?
My nvme is pm951 256G
Yes, I did not upgrade the system
I re-made an installation disk to replace your clover and then install the interface can not identify nvme
