[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch (10.11)

Beta branch didn't seem to make a difference in boot speed. Actually I noticed that boot time is really slow even before I run any of your script, with only a basic Clover install like used on the installer USB. Using my 1tb hard drive didn't help. I can't seem to see anything in syslog (assuming that's what you meant by kernel log, as I think Yosemite and up don't have a separate kernel log anymore). Looking at syslog there seems to be plenty of log entries for the whole reboot, without any large noticeable breaks.

Kernel logs are handled via new mechanism in 10.12.
By "kernel logs" I mean the log output created by the kernel and kernel extensions.
The way you access the kernel logs depends on macOS/OS X version.

I'm honestly wondering if there's something wrong with the new motherboard I put in,

First time you mention "new motherboard".
I checked your ioreg. Problem is obvious. You have no Intel MEI device on the PCIe bus. It is a hardware/firmware issue.

Hi guys! Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here with bootable installer?
Can't get it to work another day and I know it's something simple... ;/

Tried already with sierra and Capitain, same result always panic.

I think you did not disable the serial port as per post #1, "BIOS settings".

Please fix your profile as per FAQ/guide (it is missing important hardware details).

Oh my gosh! This couldn't be simplier :D Thank's a lot RehabMan! :) Works like a harm!
Just wonder why I didn't ask earlier.... ;/

Or why you didn't read the guide...

Please fix your profile as per FAQ/guide. It is still missing important hardware details.

Well installation hangs just at the end now. About second left. Screen goes black but I can bring brightness back with trackpad and it's not restarting.

If you read the guide carefully, you will discover that "About a second left" lasts much longer than a second...
You should give it at least 20 minutes.
