Read post #1 regarding major updates. Plan on updating Clover, kexts, ACPI/patched, and config.plist prior to the update.

You forgot to update your kexts as per guide. The current VoodooPS2Controller.kext is 1.8.24, not 1.8.21 as shown in the image you provided. Keep in mind that the kexts used when booting the installer are those on your EFI partition (in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other, if you followed the guide).
