[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch (10.11)

Hi guys I've an HP 450 G3 (skylake) with perfectly working El Capitan. I followed this ReHabMan guide and updated every kext etc with rehabman script. Now it's time to sierra :) Can I just upgrade as soon as the download become avaible from app store(after a CCC) ?

Ram : 8 GB
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz
Graphic Card : NVIDIA GeForce 940M & Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
Graphics Memory : 4,185 MB

So can my laptop run HAckintosh plss help guys wanna install mac os

Pay attention the Broadwell info in the FAQ. It is important.
 
Let's start here. I understand you should replace x-es with actual numbers, but what numbers are acceptable?

I'm much more familiar with ThinkPad laptops, including old ones, and where to look for relevant info, specs, and community advice about them on the Internets. Geeking about old HP laptops is a small niche, I guess (is there a specific online community for that, besides this one? I doubt it), some further guidance, such as which numbers x can be, links to specs sheets or anything, would be helpful, thanks!

The 'x' represents any number. The number there usually has something to do with the screen size. For example, 4430s is a 14" laptop, and the 4540s is a 15" laptop, 4730s is a 17" laptop. I think you get the idea...

Sure, I more or less figured that part out... but here's the question, hopefully not totally off-topic (as I guess, there aren't really many other parts of the Internet so enthusiastic about obscured, old HP notebooks):
