I know it's early in the beta program for High Sierra, but is there a known issue with the Energy Savings prefpane and just the power settings in general?
Nevermind, it seems to be fixed... My battery indicator wasn't updating properly, so when I unplug the laptop, it still shows 100% and charged even though battery rebooting into Windows showed it at 88%. I had to reset the icon via the Energy Saver pane's "Show battery status in menu bar"Your files are not up-to-date with respect to the guide (ACPI/patched content is old, config.plist looks new).
Follow *ALL* instructions in post #1.
I may have stumbled upon a bug, or botched something and can't see where... Not a big issue unless many others are affected.
Activity Monitor crashes when the „Energy“ tab is clicked.
On reopening it will immediately crash again unless ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ActivityMonitor.plist has been deleted before.
Known problem in Sierra.

Ah. Thank you.
New observation: In Finder's Get Info for a .webloc, the Open With is disabled and set to Safari. But the .webloc opens in the default browser.
