So the only solution is to use as it is for now??

As noted in the 10.12 issues thread, you can use IntelBacklight.kext with Brightness by bergdesign.
My neighbor just purchased a HP ProBook 440 G4 Kaby Lake.
I may be able to borrow it for some testing (install to USB drive).
If so, I would be able to do some experimentation. I'll post updates if I can borrow it, and if I can reproduce the "P profile" problem.

Have managed to get USB-C to 3.0 here is the IOReg

So, USB-C is associated with SS01/HS01?
And the same with opposite orientation?

Thanks hope you will be able to get the solution ,I had checked HP website they say USB-C is only a 3.0 USB .

Trying to confirm your result.
And the USB-C you have is the only USB3 port you have?
And you have the same port(s) used in either orientation of the adapter?

I ask because my neighbor's 440 G4 has two USB ports (believe they are both USB3, even though they are black) and one USB-C.

With 10.12.4, you must use the 'beta' branch.
If you have an issue, must attach "Problem Reporting" files as per post #1.

@RehabMan I have already on beta branch.
Here is my problem reporting file, please check it.
