I'm using an HP ENVY 15 :

• i7 4700HQ 2.4GHz
• 8GB RAM
• 250 GB Samsung SSD
• EL Capitan 10.11.2 / Clover
• Intel HD Graphics 4600 device id 0416

Just about everything else works, but the graphics is only getting 4MB

I have tried using FAKEPCID no results
i use Ig-platfomr-id and also didn't work
wha should i do ???

It means you did it wrong. Read post #1. Carefully.
