good but now i only have monitor with hdmi prot
so i will need to buy a monitor with dvi port or rx580 video card to get another port of hdmi

No. You can try an adapter Display Port to HDMI and use it into the Display Port of your motherboard, look at the picture.

Ok, let try another EFI folder. Enable USB Legacy in Bios.

I made a patch for you video ports : HDMI,DP, etc. This should give you video output.

Replace EFI folder and remember bios settings : Secure Boot Disabled, CFG lock Disabled, XHCI handoff Enabled, Legacy USB enabled, Graphics IGPU primary DVMT 128 MB or 64 MB, UEFI boot, CSM disabled.

Can anyone help me?
I'm using USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 ports and USB 2/3 flash drive. Also I roll back my bios. This stuck

Apply the patch.

Clear CMOS (reset Bios) and Redo the Bios settings again.
