I assume by 'no audio' you mean 'no HDMI-audio'...

HDMI-audio requires patches to the kext (usually done via config.plist). Since the framebuffer changes between versions, it could be the patches you have are not correct for 10.9.1.

He is using patched DSDT.aml by PBI, with correct ig-platform-id.

The config.plist he is using has patch for 10.9.1 too. I'm not sure if Clover patch is working though.
 
Hm, i can't compile my DSDT.asl from clover patched folder after i opened in. No changes done. Is it normal? Снимок экрана 2014-09-11.png

The framebuffer patches tend to change version to version. I've never looked at HDMI-audio in 10.9.1. Only 10.9.2, 10.9.3, and 10.9.4 (10.9.3 and 10.9.4 did not change as far as framebuffer data associated with 0a260006).

Note: Nothing regarding HDMI-audio would be expected until an HDMI-audio capable device is plugged in. And even then you must manually switch to it.

1. Fan is always on around 3700 rpm
2. Restart doesn't work
3. Then i close laptop it doesn't sleep.

Hello there!
I also have a 430 g1 laptop.
Shutdown and sleep is normal;
Apple-> Restart? It will close the screen and restart, the screen does not display, do not press the boot button to start the same screen, it has been black, but the actual start working properly, enter the desktop when the screen lights up.
I ask you if there is such a problem.
is it solved?
How to solve?

Enable CSM/legacy boot in BIOS.

I installed it in full compliance with the guidelines;
It seems to have been very complete;
But click Apple -> Restart - the screen does not display, there is no boot interface, the actual work;
The screen lights up when entering the MAC.

Is "fast boot" disabled?
 
"Fast boot" is disabled.
