Did you manage to get to the El Capitan install screen?

I'm having the same issues, but after having installed El Capitan on my main drive.
I get that message when trying to boot from USB Clover and selecting the newly installed El Capitan SSD.

What is weird that I'm not able to go back to the El Capitan installer, as I'm also getting the "Error loading kernel cache" problem.

It can be that my mainboard cant speak with the level 1 or 2 cach from kernel. Does somebody know something about that?

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fix it.
However, I discover that this error is not deterministic. Rebooting multiple times eventually makes the system go past this.

So I'm now using my computer, but if I reboot, I'm very likely to end up in the same screen a few times before managing to start the system....

Btw, I'm using boot flags: dart=0 -v npci=0x3000 kext-dev-mode=1

but no idea if they are actually helping, hurting or neither....
