El Capitan - Graphics & Ethernet issues - Skylake build **HELP**

I had the same problem with my Skylake build, very similar setup to you but a z170mx mobo. Multibeast did nothing for me to install audio or ethernet.
I did get audio installed, for this I went straight to toleda:
https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC/blob/master/audio_cloverALC-120.command.zip
Assuming you already have a clover install with the IOAPIC Fix (see https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/10-11-0-10-11-3-skylake-starter-guide.179221/#DetailedUSB), then running this command should get audio working.
Now for me the problem was that this command requires a machine with an internet connection, and since my ethernet was not working, I needed to use a USB wi-fi dongle I've relied on as a backup for my previous build.
Still don't know how to get Ethernet going though, have tried both the drivers in the kext downloads section using kextdrop, etc. but to no avail. If anyone knows how, please share!
