[Fixed] DVD Drive's tray open automatically when boot

<Problems>

When I boot the OSX(when spinning circle with Apple logo), the DVD drive tray opens automatically. It happens both by booting via Unibeast USB and via Hard drive. Even if when booting in safe mode.
If a disk is already inside the drive then the tray will not open when booting. Opening tray and Closing tray correctly.And no strange dialog.

In case boot without disk inside and after logging in to the OSX, there is a pop up with the dialog "You insert a blank DVD...".(it didn't said "blank CD" "blank Blu-ray Disk". only "blank DVD")
There is a Action "Open Finder" and three button,"OK","Ignore,"Eject".

Pattern1 When I push "OK"
Finder make Untitled.fpbf and if bring this to trash, the tray open, and popup the dialog again.

Pattern2 When I push "Ignore"
Nothing happens. But I can't open tray by physical button. I can open by Disk utility's Eject button(Disk utility think that there is blank DVD). and popup again.

Pattern3 When I push "Eject"
The tray open, pop up the dialog again.

I search on Google and some people said its because of USB accessory. but i cant fix by remove all USB devices.

I don't know how to boot without disk inside. Any help would be appreciated.

mine is on my 3rd party sataIII controller and the other hdd i have hooked up to it works fine. I installed the patch in multibeast to use those 2 sata connectors

I can't remember that I had this problem pre Mavericks, but now it started to do this ejecting every time when booting. Guess I have to open the computer and see where the optical drive is connected.
