right, but i can't added something from your option, it's little bit unclear to me!
I have 2 Properties under Devices, and can added in 3 fields, which one is the right one?

no, hackintool, file -> export to config.plist, choose your config.plist and it will add in the info for you

I don't thinks so, mine was working well with high Sierra also.
