Dell XPS 18 High Sierra help

Hello!
First time posting so I apologize for noobish things.
I got high Sierra working almost fully, Graphics and touchscreen work great. I do not know how to even attempt to get the sound working and was wondering if you guys can help.

specs are as follows
XPS 18
1080p Screen
i5 3337u
8gb ram
SSD 32gb + Harddrive 500gb Fusion drive
Speakers Waves MaxxAudio 4
Realtek HD ALC3661 Audio Codec Driver

I'm pretty sure the XPS 18 has been hacked in the laptop forums.
