Black screen after bios screen, clover doesn't boot.
Booted fine after install
boot with USB installer ok.
this z77x-up5 th was running 10.11.6 fine with win10 connected.
bios pointing to the uefi mac ssd drive like before.
why would windows 10 SSD drive sometimes block clover from booting?
why would Nvidia drivers be auto uninstalled?
Install Steps:
disconnected all drives except Mac ssd.
had MACH Reboot issue with usb installer, found fix headers solution.
formatted Mac partition as apfs , previous efi partition untouched.
was able to install 10.13.3
migrate didn't see eSATA, had to use USB on dock, very slow.
booted with USB after finished.
copied /usr/standalone/i386/apfs.efi to CLOVER/EFI/drivers64UEFI
copied newest fakesmc and AppleIntelE1000e to efi kext 10.13
rebooted fine with efi clover
installed Nvidia driver and rebooted fine
updated a few other things.
ran maintenance scripts from newest version of onyx
restarted and black
UPDATE:
tried tons of different setting and clover would not boot.
removed power from two HDD both hfs and one SSD (win10) and clover booted
Nvidia drivers were uninstalled. how? reinstalled 10.13.3 driver and works fine.
added two HDD drives back and booted.
added win10 ssd back and booted ok. but only boots macOS or win10 once, then clover will not boot again. then I have to disconnect the win10 SSD, reboot and then reconnect win drive and clover boots ok.
