Hi all,

Really hoping someone will be able to help me with this problem.

I've been having problems with my machine after a couple of weeks of it running perfectly, so I decided to wipe the drive and do a full clean install. I did my exact same Bios (IGFX enabled and set to first display etc) setup and Multibeast install but when I boot the clean install I either can't boot or get weird graphics problems like the picture attached where the screen glitches and animations are slow etc.

I have:

4770k
Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H

on my boot.plist I have:
IGPenabler=Yes and GraphicsEnabler=No

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Let me know if there is more information I can provide to help explain the problem.

Thanks!

Thanks for posting, let me know how it works out! I've installed OS X on this machine 2 or 3 times no problem and now suddenly it won't work and it's also having these major graphics problems.

Does anyone else have any advice for how I can fix this, I can only boot via -x safe mode and even then when I do the graphics are messed up, choppy and slow.

Thanks in advance

Hey toleda, thanks so much for trying to help, I really appreciate it! I added that key and string below IGPenabler and it still won't boot and in safe mode the graphics are still choppy. Here is another shot of my -v sticking point.

Misunderstood, attached my IOReg and it seems my plist automatically changed it to PlatformID!?

Awesome, so just to be sure, delete the line I update from my plist and then follow the guide you posted a link to and add the 0D220003 to IGPlatform in IOReg?
No, Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist as noted previously.
IOReg is an app; see the guide linked. Attach a copy.
Attach the edited
Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist

Thanks for this toledo, here are both files!
