Ethernet working perfectly up through Catalina 10.15.7. I haven't spent any more time (yet) on Big Sur.

I think I did this, but adding a note to remind me to check when I work on this rig again. If I forgot this, it might explain why I was able to boot with OC on USB but not on my SSD. Pay attention to the BootInstall.command note.

I've decided not to upgrade this faithful and reliable Socket 1156 rig beyond Catalina. I removed the Sapphire Pulse RX580 and sold it for much more than I paid for it (thanks to the renewed interest in data mining) and installed my NVidia 9800GT (with DosDude patches). This old system is still a fantastic Catalina rig and thanks to DosDude, Catalina fully supports the legacy NVidia card.

It's been a fun ride everyone. I'll continue to focus my hacking energies on my HackMini8,1 here.
