Long time lurker here, decided recently I'd jump in with a budget build and give it a go I started asking myself 'how hard can it be'... I'm all ready regretting saying that xD
This is a provisional build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/GkNB and I all ready have a GT 220 lying around.
The mobo was reccomended here: http://bit.ly/13WMgoP from you lovely people, just as a fairly cheap board where everything works out of the box, but does anyone have any better suggestions?
The important question though, is will I need to do any extra work to get that sandybridge CPU to work with the Ivybridge board? I've heard conflicting things, and while I'm trying to keep the price down here as it's essentially a hobby, I don't want to make it too hard!
Thankyou very much for reading, any help or suggestions would be greatly recieved.
