I was doing some hardware maintenance on my Hack wich included removing my GPU and Fenvi card.
After reinstalling the components I noticed that Bluetooth wasn't working and I looked inside System Report.
Lo and Behold:

I was greeted with this sight again. I had a similar problem in Monterey that fixed itself miraculously after upgrading to Ventura.

Things that I already tried:
  • Reseated the USB cable of the card many times (both sides)
  • Reinstalled the Card twice
  • I have a working USB-Map
  • Completely powered of my Hack + resetting NVRAM
I appreciate any help i can get with this and thanks in advance.

The only thing I see out of place is that you seem to have too many USB fixes, compared to me (I'm currently on a Asus Z270 board with same CPU).

SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP.aml, USBMap.kext and USBInjectAll.kext
Are you sure you need all three?
In case you do:
USBMap.kext loads last - perhaps you can change the order of loading the kexts and see if that works?

Thanks for the reply,

I currently don't use the USBInjectAll.kext. It is only present because of USBMap debuging purposes (The USB 3.1 on my Motherboard does not work atm) so I leave it disabled in my config.

As for the .aml, I don't know. I have left it in since I've switched to OpenCore as per their guide.

But I will look into that when I get the the opportunity later.

So, I fiddled around with the load order of the USB fixes and so far no luck.

I also tried removing the Fenvi card completely but it seems that does not effect the bluetooth device at all.
It still says:

I find that really strange.

Edit: EFI

if you have made changes, then upload your new EFI

Oh well, so much for working USB map...

I've booted Linux from a Live USB to verify that my card/cable is not borked and Fedora showed it no problem.
After booting back into MacOS the card started working again.

Is there a way to do the USB map from a Linux Live USB?

may need to use Windows:

or if you have Catalina:
