I have a few questions regarding the NVIDIA GPU's on High Sierra, and their performance.
If I wanted to get the fastest GPU acceleration possible on a Hackintosh, would I want to go the NVIDIA route for my build? I know that a lot of the 10 series graphics card are supported on High Sierra, and that NVIDIA did indeed create a web driver for these cards. I have used my GTX 1080 on a Hackintosh build before, and I would say the performance was pretty good. Here's where the majority of my questions come in regarding these cards.

- I know this may seem silly, but I love the fact of gaming on a Mac. I just love how it's different that Windows, and I have a knack for things like this. If I wanted the best performance out of card, would I want to use a NVIDIA card? AFAIK, the new AMD cards aren't supported on any version of MacOS, and I don't know how often their drivers will be updated or optimized anyway.
- Are the web drivers for the 10 series graphics card very old or outdated? They seemed to work well with my old build, but I wondering if this would effect my 3D graphics performance. I think one of the things I was worried about is using a driver that isn't optimized anymore, therefore affecting performance. It could possibly get to the point where you have a better card than any of the AMD options, but the overheard due to lack of driver updates and optimization could put you under other options when it comes to 3D performance.
- Lastly, does the nature of using Hackintosh slow down graphics performance very much, compared to an actual mac? I'm curious how much overhead there would be.
