Hello everyone

Although I´ve been a member here since 2012 this is my first hackingtosh and I´m looking for some advice

I have an Asus H97-Pro Gamer motherboard that is compatible with ATI crossfire technology. I´ve been able to successfully install OS X Yosemite but I´m looking to make an upgrade to the grapichs card. So after all this introduction, can anyone here recommend me ATI graphic card that will work and been able to use cross fire or should I go with a single GTX 980ti or a Titan X (saving some cash)

In advance thanks everyone for your time :)

FYI, neither Crossfire nor SLI work in OS X.
At this time, the GTX760 is latest nVidia card to work OOB. Any "Maxwell" based GPUs require nVidia web drivers - Apple drivers do not support the cards.

On the AMD side, R9 280X works OOB - suggest the Sapphire VaporX 4GB model

If you want to get adventurous, try the 290X - see http://forum.netkas.org/index.php/topic,8489.0.html for help getting it working.

Thank you for your reply. I´ve been trying to get Nvidia Drivers for the GTX 980 Ti in Nvidia web site but had no luck. If there not here, then they will not work? I´m asking this because on the buyers guide the Nvidia GTX 980 Ti and Titan X appears on the list. So how can I make a work arround this? Captura de pantalla 2015-08-29 a las 17.27.48.png

Thank you for your help! One more thing (see what I did there). Seriously, I been checking this MSI http://www.neweggbusiness.com/product/product.aspx?item=9b-14-127-786. Will it work OOB? Or do I need to change something else after installing on the motherboard? :O

As with all AMD cards, you will need to either use Clover as your boot loader or, if you prefer Chimera, move the /Extra folder and the boot file to the EFI partition. See http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/115818-install-bootloader-extra-efi-partition.html for guide
