Asus X550CA stuck on boot

Hello all!

I've been googling around for about a month on and off to try to figure out this problem of mine.

I have an Asus X550CA laptop.

I'm able to boot Yosemite with my USB drive that has multibeast installed on it.

I'm using my EFI partition to boot so that I can choose between Gnome-Ubuntu 14.10 and Yosemite.

When I boot from clover with graphics enabled it boots to the apple screen and then pulls up the load bar but doesn't show anything loading.

When I boot with these flags "-v -x PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No" it gets stucks at

[PCI configuration begin ]
console relocated to 0xf80000000
[PCI configuration end, bridges 4, devices 13 ]

I can't remember all what I've tried with this because it's been about 3 weeks since I looked at it and I'm just coming back to it now that I have time after finals.

system specifics:
Asus X550CA
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)

HDD:
Device Model: HGST HTS545050A7E680
ATA Version is: ATA8-ACS T13/1699-D revision 6
SATA Version is: SATA 2.6, 6.0 Gb/s (current: 6.0 Gb/s)

Network:
Qualcomm Atheros
AR9485 Wireless Network
